I have been going to lina's for a long time. They have the best service. always friendly and they take care of you from start to finish. All staff are friendly they work with care

I was in today for a manicure and shellac removal. The technician did a beautiful job, and I really appreciated her work. However, I was charged $20 for the manicure and another $20 for the shellac removal, which is higher than downtown pricing. What concerns me is that the posted removal price was $15, yet I was told I’d be charged $20 because the “usual price is $25.” That felt unfair and inconsistent with the listed prices. I just wanted to bring this to your attention, as transparent and accurate pricing is really important.

Was there with my daughter to get her nails done for her grad. Very bad service. Prices change every time we go there. Staff and owner speak their own language laughing etc makes you uncomfortable as a client just standing there because you don’t understand what or who they are talking about. Utensils used are never sanitized. Just quickly washed and reused. Told them technician I had a ingrown nail and she snapped at me by yelling. If I was not more than halfway done I would of walked out. I do not recommend going to this place and will not be returning
